Coming out of Rio de Janeiro :

• By car

Take the Presidente Dutra highway towards Sao Paulo. Take the last exit on the right , before the toll towards Miguel Pereira.

Arriving in Miguel Pereira, after passing the lake Javary, turn right to Fragoso and Vera Cruz.

After passing the big bridge engineer Paulo de Frontin, enter the first right to Poção Waterfall.

When passing the bridge that sits on top of the waterfall, enter the first left where there is a parking card. This entry , which is just after a large iron gate black left, is the beginning of a road.

Follow this road for about 2 km to the gate of the grange which is on the left.

 

• By bus

Take a bus to Miguel Pereira on Rodoviária Novo Rio.

Arriving in Miguel Pereira, take a bus to Vera Cruz and drop in Rua das Pedras (where is the Potion Waterfall).

Do the rest of the walking path.

When passing the bridge that sits on top of the waterfall, enter the first left where there is a parking card. This entry , which is just after a large iron gate black left, is the beginning of a road.

Follow this road for about 2 km to the gate of the grange which is on the left.

 

• By Train

Take the train to Japeri.

Upon arriving in Japeri , take a bus towards Miguel Pereira.

Arriving in Miguel Pereira, take a bus to Vera Cruz and drop in Rua das Pedras (where is the Potion Waterfall).

Do the rest of the walking path.
